To purchase items listed in this website, and if you want more information, I will be more than happy to answer your questions. Don't hesitate to contact Me for any clarification regarding the handling and shipping cost to your destination.

Handling: I ensure to make the best wrapping for a good shipping using a cardboard tube or a custom box. Depending of the size and the weight of the parcel, there is a minimum handling charge from $2.00 and up to cover the price of a padded envelope, a cardboard tube or a custom cardboard box. Art paper will be shipped rolled carefully inside a strong cardboard tube. Small photo and small art paper (less than 10"X12" - 25 X 30,5 cm) will be sent flat between 2 cardboards inside a special envelope. Books are wrapped and sent in a padded envelope with edges protection or inside a custom box.  Each art craft and acrylic painting will be sent in an adapted cardboard box.

Shipping:  All shipping are made through Canada Post upon your payment. At your request, I can use FedEx, UPS or Purolator. To calculate your shipping cost to your destination, you can go to: Parcel Rate Calculation and enter my originating Canadian postal code: V7V3N6  and if you you have the package weight and dimensions, you could get an accurate shipping cost. 

Payment: All original art works and books are available for secure purchase through Paypal. I will confirm the total price including the handling and shipping cost. Upon your agreement and notification of your payment I will proceed the same day to the shipping. Prices are in CANADIAN DOLLARS. For International Worldwide Buyers, PayPal is the preferred method of payment. PayPal is a safe way to pay online, with no cost for the buyer. It is secure and fast. I will accept International Money Orders in CANADIAN DOLLARS, however, items will not be shipped out for up to 10 days until International Money Order clears.

Philippe Drivet's Return Policy: If you need to make a return or exchange, please e-mail me first. All Unauthorized Return will not be Processed.  Item must be returned within 7 days in a good condition and in original shipping box. Refund will be given minus the Handling and Shipping fees.
