Gouache sur carton, non datée des années 1970 –75. Signée en
bas à droite. Aussi, signature de Guerrier au dos.
Peinture montée dans une boite de 2 cm de profondeur avec un fond de
soie noire. Format de la peinture: 19,5 X 27 cm - 7 3/4 X 10 3/4 in.
Format de la boite: 24 X 31 cm - 9 3/8 X 12 1/4 in.
Raymond GUERRIER artiste peintre français, né à Paris en 1920 et
décédé à Eygalières, en Provence en 2002. Influencé par la peinture
de Braque. Dans les années 50, il participe avec Buffet, Rebeyrolle,
Grüber, etc., à la Nouvelle École de Paris. En 1953, il obtient le prix
de la Jeune Peinture. A partir de 1955, il s'installe en Provence à
Eygalières. Ses oeuvres sont exposées dans de nombreuses et
prestigieuses galeries entre autre la Galerie Stiébel (1952), la Redfern
Gallery à Londres (1953), la Hammer Gallery de New York (1957), la
Galerie Motte à Genève (1958), la Galerie Hervé et la Galerie de Paris

Hervé Fischer ,
Artiste et philosophe né à Paris en 1941, est un écrivain et un
artiste peintre Français/Canadien. Il
a étudié à l'École Normale Supérieure de Paris. Il a enseigné à
la Sorbonne, à Paris V et à l'École Nationale
Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs. Il est actuellement professeur
associé à l' Université du Québec à Montréal, chercheur à
Hexagram et au Centre interuniversitaire des arts médiatiques,
fondateur et directeur de l'Observatoire international du numérique.
Cofondateur et théoricien de l'art sociologique en 1971, il
s'est par la suite dédié à la mythanalyse (élucider le mythe de
l'art et l'idéologie). En tant qu'artiste, il a été représentant
de la France à la Biennale de Venise (1974). Il a été invité
spécial de la Biennale de Sao Paolo (1980), invité à la Documenta de
Kassel en 1982. Il a eu des expositions personnelles dans les musées
Galliera (Paris, 1976), ICC (Anvers), dans les musées d'art
contemporain de Montréal (1981), Mexico (1983), les MNBA de
Buenos-Aires (2003), Montevideo (2004), Santiago du Chili (2006),
Neuquèn (2009), Centro wilfredo Lam - invité spécial de la Xe
Biennale de La Havanne (2009).
Adam Saulnier ( 1915-1991) est une figure
des pionniers de la radiotélévision française; de 1947 à 1976, il
occupe sur les ondes Françaises puis sur le petit écran une place importante et
originale avec ses chroniques artistiques. |

Bernhardt in portrait circa 1880, etching by E. Abot aqua f. with a
vintage note hand written and signed in black ink by Sarah Bernhardt on
the bottom right: " L'être intelligent fait de l'égoïsme une
vertu, l'iimbécile en fait un vice " Sarah Bernhardt. This
work measures 9.25 X 12.75 inches - 23,5 X 32,2 cm. The paper is discoloured
and worn from age, foxing as pictured but the print is clean and the Sarah
Bernhard writing and signature well legible. This print comes with an old
French Mat and wooden frame but I suggest to change the matting by an acid

Paolo Boni, Italian artist, moved to
Paris in 1954. He developed a multi-levelled relief etching process
constructed by cutting and assembling various pieces of metal shaped and
inked separately. Starting 1970, he called this etching process: " Graphisculpture
".

Peter Klasen est né à Lubeck , Allemagne, le 18 août 1935.
C'est un artiste peintre, photographe, sérigraphe et sculpteur allemand
connu pour ses travaux sur les thèmes de l'environnement urbain et industriel.
Peter Klasen étudie à l'École des Beaux Arts de Berlin de 1956 a
1959. Il
s'installe à Paris au début des années 60 et
rapidement devient un des chefs de file de l'École de la Nouvelle
Figuration
avec Adami, Erro, Eduardo Arroyo, Jacques Monory, Bernard Rancillac, etc.
Ses peintures sont visibles internationalement dans de nombreuses galeries
et dans les musées, en Allemagne, Italie, France, Espagne, États
Unis, etc. |
